- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track booking history, ensuring personalized service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, showcasing foundational knowledge of the industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or a related customer service role, demonstrating proven sales skills.
- Certification in travel and tourism, such as CTA or CTC, indicating a commitment to professional excellence.
- Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) to streamline booking processes and improve efficiency.
