Turret Punch Machine Operator cum Programmer

· Plans, directs, and coordinates the nesting of part programs and co-ordinate with concern project owners and Purchase team.

· Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.

· Programming knowledge in Fanuc controlled software, RADAN software is most preference.

· Perform complex programming using all features of the Turret Punch press.

· Very good knowledge in Turret Station selection, like Punch and Die selection,

· Dismantle and re assembly the Turret punches and Dies with proper orientation.

· Operating knowledge minimum 3 years in CNC Turret punch press machine.

· Run Punching and sequence of operations using standard and custom punches.

· Adjust Programming distance and locations per process control instructions and blueprints.

· Work with tight tolerances.

· Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.

· Perform spot inspections of parts.

· Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.

· Complete and maintain paperwork (Daily, Weekly and Monthly plan vs actual)

· Identify the damaged or blended Turret punch and dies,

· Re-grinding knowledge is must be encouraged.

· Check machine and accessories for defects and repair if necessary.

· Ensure frequently machine is keep clean, 5S and lubricated the all wear and tear areas.

· Check and update the daily preventive maintenance sheet.
