Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Typist with PRO experience to handle all typing, documentation, and government-related processes. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE immigration, labour, and licensing procedures, along with excellent typing skills in English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
Typing & Documentation
Prepare and type official documents including letters, forms, contracts, applications, and reports.
Perform Arabic and English typing with high accuracy and speed.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
PRO / Government Liaison
Handle visa processing (employment, visit, family visas), renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
Process labour cards, employment contracts, Emirates ID, medicals, and insurance documentation.
Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government portals.
Manage trade license renewals, establishment cards, and company-related government approvals.
Represent the company at government offices as required.
Coordination & Compliance
Track visa and license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Typist with PRO responsibilities in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and licensing procedures.
Excellent typing skills in Arabic and English.
Familiar with online government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
