Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and execute business development strategies to drive growth in new segments and verticals
Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities through market research and client engagement
Develop business plans, models, and proposals aligned with strategic objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to implement cross-functional growth initiatives
Lead client engagement, proposal development, and post-sales support
Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for enterprise clients
Monitor revenue generation and ensure timely execution of business development activities
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National with Family Book
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master's/MBA preferred)
3-7 years of experience in business development, ideally within consulting or strategic roles
Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and public sector dynamics
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
