Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Support: Support senior leasing professionals in marketing available properties to prospective tenants. Assist in preparing property presentations, marketing materials, and lease proposals. Coordinate property viewings and maintain accurate records of leasing activity and pipeline opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify leasing trends, competitive properties, and rental benchmarks across the UAE market. Prepare comparative market analyses and property reports to support leasing strategies. Monitor vacancy rates, absorption trends, and new supply in key submarkets.
Client and Tenant Engagement: Build relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and property owners. Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding property availability, market conditions, and leasing progress.
Administrative and Documentation: Assist in preparing lease documentation, term sheets, and tenant correspondence. Maintain comprehensive database records of properties, tenants, and transactions. Coordinate with legal, property management, and finance teams to facilitate smooth lease execution.
Property Marketing: Support the development and execution of property marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Update property listings on relevant platforms and ensure marketing materials accurately reflect current availability and specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting , Economics, or related field. Recent graduates (within 12 months of completion) or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities. Genuine interest in commercial real estate and the UAE property market.
