Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining the B2B business within the corporate sector, focusing on electronics sales and customer management. Success in this role is measured by meeting sales targets, expanding the customer base, and providing excellent aftersales support. The representative will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and report on market trends and competitive activities.


What You Will Do:

Sales


  • Achieve sales target for the B2B business with corporate customers, aiming for a total of 8 Million in sales for the financial year.

  • Increase new customers and support sales installations with assigned corporate clients.

  • Monitor sales performance using SAP MCG3 Reports to ensure targets are met.


Customer Management


  • Maintain good relationships with corporate customers by providing aftersales support and regular updates on installations.

  • Collect receivables from corporate accounts, aiming to meet monthly collection targets.

  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding competitive activities in similar product lines.


Market Analysis


  • Monitor and update competition activities for similar product lines daily.

  • Interact with the Sales Manager to discuss strategy and performance improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficient sales skills with a focus on B2B corporate accounts.

  • Ability to manage and collect receivables efficiently.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients.

  • Proficiency in monitoring sales performance using SAP and other financial tools.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Graduate or Higher secondary education.

  • Minimum of three years experience in the Consumer Electronics sector.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SAP, and email etiquette.

  • Experience with B2B corporate customer management and sales performance analysis.
