Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insight Development

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand donor motivations and behaviors
• Develop detailed personas and journey maps that inform design direction
• Identify key pain points and engagement opportunities through data and insights
• Translate findings into actionable design solutions

User Experience Design

• Develop UX strategies that align with the organization's digital goals
• Design clear and accessible user flows, wireframes, and navigation systems
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are built into every interaction
• Prioritize simplicity, clarity, and emotional resonance in every donor journey

Interface Design

• Create clean, responsive, and mission-driven UI designs
• Design interfaces that visually communicate impact and foster connection
• Ensure functionality across mobile and desktop platforms
• Balance user needs, aesthetics, and performance

Prototype Development & Testing

• Build interactive prototypes to visualize and test user flows
• Conduct usability testing and gather real-time feedback
• Iterate and improve designs based on user data
• Present findings and collaborate on refinements with cross-functional teams

Design System Management

• Develop and manage a consistent design system across products
• Create reusable components and standardized design patterns
• Document and share design guidelines across the organization
• Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with product specialists to translate ideas into user-friendly experiences
• Collaborate closely with developers to align on technical feasibility
• Work with content teams to enhance storytelling through design
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and innovation planning sessions
