We’re hiring a mid-level UI/UX Designer who can:
Design high-quality, conversion-focused website and landing pages,
Build and optimize pages on WordPress using common stacks (Elementor / Gutenberg + standard plugins),
Create strong graphic design assets for marketing and social,
Use AI tools daily to speed up ideation and production,
Contribute to video content (nice-to-have): short reels for weekly/ongoing marketing.
Framer is a plus, but not required—other modern tools are fine.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX & Landing Pages (Primary)
Design and iterate landing pages for performance marketing (Meta/Google/LinkedIn).
Create wireframes, UI designs, and clickable prototypes (Figma preferred).
Maintain clean visual hierarchy, strong CTA structure, and mobile-first layouts.
Improve conversion through ongoing iteration based on feedback and performance data.
WordPress Build & Site Updates (Must)
Build pages and sections on WordPress using common stacks (Elementor / Gutenberg + standard themes/plugins).
Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
Maintain page speed, layout consistency, and clean structure.
Implement updates quickly: new sections, service pages, forms, tracking pixels, and minor UI fixes.
Graphic Design (Must)
Create marketing assets: social posts, ads, banners, email headers, lead magnets, and pitch visuals.
Produce platform-ready variations and export files correctly for different channels.
Build reusable templates to speed up weekly production.
AI-First Workflow (Must)
Use AI tools for faster production: layout exploration, copy variations, image generation/editing, mockups, upscaling, background removal, and quick creative iterations.
Turn AI output into polished, brand-consistent deliverables.
Video Content Using AI (Nice-to-Have)
Create simple short videos/reels using AI-based tools and lightweight editing.
Produce basic motion/animated creatives (e.g., UI previews, service explainers, ad-style clips).
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in UI/UX + web design (or strong portfolio proving capability).
Strong WordPress execution (Elementor/Gutenberg) with real examples of shipped pages.
Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, spacing, grid, hierarchy, responsiveness.
Strong graphic design capability for marketing and performance creatives.
Skilled in HTML/CSS (required) to handle layout fixes, customization, and clean responsive behavior.
Strong command of common design tools (Figma preferred; Adobe/other tools are fine).
AI is a must: you use AI tools daily and can show how it improves speed/quality.
Ability to work fast, iterate weekly, and manage priorities in a hybrid/remote setup.
Nice to Have
Framer experience (optional).
Basic motion design experience.
Familiarity with page speed basics and Core Web Vitals.
Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing mindset.
