Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers, designing processes from concept to execution, and creating compelling user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability across all products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Design processes from concept to execution, focusing on user-centered design principles.
• Develop information architecture flows, user personas, and customer journey maps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible, compelling user experiences.
• Create comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implement nested component architectures for modular design.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design components.
• Document guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
• Present and defend design concepts and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Ability to create comprehensive design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design.
