Roles & Responsibilities

The Job Description

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design and functionality.
  • Create user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate product features and interactions.
  • Ensure consistency across all platforms and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
  • Present design concepts and user experience improvements to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and usability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven experience designing for mobile applications and web platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
