Respond promptly to facility alarms power emergencies to troubleshoot problems minimize downtime.

Manage coordinate all repairs, acting swiftly to resolve issues that technicians cannot handle alone.

Oversee a team of UPS technicians, scheduling work, delegating tasks,monitoring performance.

Provide technical guidance, coaching, training to ensure technicians are skilled follow proper procedures.
