Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Accurately receive incoming materials, tools, and equipment, verifying their quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. Report any discrepancies or damaged items.
2. Organize and Store Inventory: Arrange and store all items in designated locations within the storage facility or site, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and preservation to prevent damage or loss.
3. Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Manage and update inventory control systems (manual logs or software/ERP systems) to ensure accurate, real-time records of all stock movement, balances, and locations.
4. Issue Materials: Issue materials and tools to authorized site personnel and teams only against approved requisitions or material lists, ensuring accurate documentation of all withdrawals.
