Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operate the Mall Kiosk as a point of contact for individuals looking to sell their used cars.
• Source high-quality used cars from individuals visiting the mall.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of vehicles brought in for sale.
• Negotiate prices with sellers to ensure fair transactions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for purchasing used cars.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals selling their cars.
• Collaborate with other Departments to meet purchase targets and gross profit goals.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Used Car Buying or Sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and handle transactions from start to finish.
• Knowledge of the local automotive market and pricing trends.
• Genuine passion for cars and customer service.
