Roles & Responsibilities

Your tasks

  • Expertise & Negotiation: You will be responsible for the expertise and purchase of used vehicles in the agency, ensuring a fair and transparent valuation.
  • Use of social networks and digital tools: You will fully exploit digital platforms and social networks to maximize your performance and generate leads.
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will welcome customers professionally, advise them on the sale of their car and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Administrative Follow-up: You will ensure the conformity of documents and compliance with procedures in order to ensure a quality service.
  • Prospecting and creativity: You will be proactive in seeking new business opportunities through your networks and your inventiveness.
  • Contribution to Performance: You will actively participate in achieving the agency's objectives and its smooth operation.
  • Proven commercial experience, ideally in the automotive or a related sector.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills: You know how to convince and manage customer objections.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You enjoy human contact and customer satisfaction is your priority.
  • Autonomy & Organization: You are rigorous and capable of managing several files in parallel.
  • Proficiency in computer and digital tools: Excel, CRM, social networks, etc.
  • A category B driving licence is required.
  • Training & support: Integration and training program to develop your skills.
