Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document information architecture, interaction flows, and navigation models.
  • Develop frameworks for decision transparency, error recovery, and consistent interaction models.
  • Create scalable system design frameworks that support cross-platform experiences (web, mobile, conversational).
  • Produce detailed wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes to illustrate end-to-end workflows.
  • Establish UX guidelines and best practices for integrating predictive insights and automation.
  • Conduct architecture-level testing (navigation validation, workflow evaluations).
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
  • Maintain UX documentation, design libraries, and pattern repositories for reuse across teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Architect, UX Designer, or Information Architect.
  • Strong understanding of complex system design, IA, and interaction design principles.
  • Experience creating UX architecture documentation and reusable frameworks.
  • Skilled in tools such as Figma, Axure, Miro, or similar.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into user flows.
