Roles & Responsibilities

  • Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring the team prioritizes user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where creativity thrives.
  • Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions, turning data into actionable strategies.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products, contributing to a cohesive brand experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing, reflecting a data-driven approach.
