Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web applications serving the Middle East market
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts
• Conduct user research and usability testing with regional users to inform design decisions
• Design bilingual interfaces supporting both English and Arabic with proper RTL layout handling
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
• Contribute to the regional design system adapting global components for local market needs

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products
• Strong proficiency in Figma with experience in component-based design and auto-layout
• Experience designing RTL (right-to-left) interfaces and bilingual user experiences
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines
• Portfolio showcasing a range of enterprise or SaaS product design work
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with government or fintech digital services in the GCC region
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards for bilingual applications
• Familiarity with Framer or Principle for advanced prototyping
