Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, ensuring vacation homes are impeccably maintained and guest-ready at all times.
  • Manage guest communications, from booking inquiries to resolving issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping teams, guaranteeing efficient operations and quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, showcasing proven success.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and general repair, ensuring efficient oversight.
  • Proficient in using property management software and online booking platforms, streamlining operations and guest management.
