Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and test scripts
Perform system, process, and equipment validation activities
Prepare IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation where applicable
Review design documents and ensure validation compliance
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project teams
Conduct FAT, SAT, and commissioning support activities
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Ensure documentation complies with quality and regulatory standards
Maintain validation records and technical reports
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Validation Engineer
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Experience in UAE-based projects is preferred
Strong understanding of validation lifecycle and quality systems
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
