Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Performs inspection, overhaul, calibration and testing of various process valves to ensure safe and accurate operation in Oil & Gas facilities.

  • Maintenance & overhauling of control valves, safety relief valves, ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves
  • Dismantling, reassembly, torqueing & lapping of valve seats and trims
  • Calibration of control valves actuators (electric, pneumatic & hydraulic)
  • Valve function testing using test benches & portable calibrators
  • Gasket installation, packing adjustments & leakage rectification
  • Interpretation of P&ID drawings & valve data sheets
  • Shutdown/Turnaround valve PM & CM procedures under PTW compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma with 4 8 years experience in Oil & Gas valve maintenance
