Van Sales Executive – Chocolate & Roastery

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Van Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling chocolate, confectionery, or roastery products. This role involves managing direct-to-store delivery, product merchandising, and customer relationships while ensuring optimal stock movement and order generation across assigned retail routes. The position is mobile and requires excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.

• Conduct daily van sales and delivery operations across assigned retail outlets in the UAE
• Sell and distribute chocolate and roastery products to existing and new retail customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, merchandisers, and buyers
• Achieve monthly sales targets, product visibility goals, and collection KPIs
• Ensure accurate invoicing, stock reconciliation, and cash collection daily
• Execute in-store merchandising and promotional displays
• Follow FIFO and product rotation standards to ensure product freshness
• Submit daily sales, stock, and route performance reports to the Sales Supervisor
