VAT, Tax and Zakat Junior Manager (Group Level)

Overview

Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Manufacturing and Trading, operating as a prominent group within the region. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic VAT & Tax Supervisor/Junior Manager to oversee tax compliance and optimization across the group s entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will ensure full alignment with KSA s evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• VAT Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of monthly/quarterly VAT returns for all group entities.

• Zakat & Income Tax: Lead the submission of annual Zakat and Income Tax filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ZATCA regulations.

• Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for ZATCA audits, managing all correspondence and providing necessary documentation to resolve inquiries.

• Withholding Tax (WHT): Manage WHT requirements related to international payments and ensure appropriate certificates are filed.

• Group Reporting: Consolidate tax data at the group level, providing the CFO with clear reports on tax liabilities and planning opportunities.

• Close Coordination with the Group Tax consultants

• Advisory & Strategy: Provide internal stakeholders with expert advice on the tax implications of new business contracts or structural changes.
