Vehicle Handover Specialist Ali & Sons

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure vehicles are ready for handover according to the agreed schedule.
Undertake final vehicle checks to confirm quality and preparation standards.
Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for handover.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and notify Sales Staff of any likely delays.
Conduct vehicle handovers in line with company policies, ensuring customers understand vehicle specifications and receive all documentation.
Record customer feedback and report any concerns to the relevant Manager.
Liaise with the workshop to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
Expedite customer deliveries to achieve financial and sales targets.
Schedule handovers once payments and documents are in order.
Maintain a clean and organized handover office at all times.
Promote and sell accessories and equipment during handover.
Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
