Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for vendor partnerships and alliances.
  • Identify potential vendor partnership opportunities and areas for collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform vendor partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate vendor partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, developing relationships at all organizational levels, including channel teams, distribution, maintenance and support, product, and sales.
  • Train and enable internal teams, ensuring certifications or accreditations are maintained.
  • Work closely with sales teams to coordinate vendor meetings.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendors.
  • Track and report on the performance and ROI of vendor partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve challenges and issues in vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on vendor partnership initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform vendor strategies.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success in building strategic vendor partnerships.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop win-win solutions.
    • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

    • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
