Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the CEO s strategic advisor and representative when required.

  • Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.

  • Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs across power and energy operations.

  • Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support to ensure operational excellence.

  • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and major power and energy projects, including those related to the Oil & Gas ecosystem.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Proven executive leadership experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations.

  • Strong experience within the Oil & Gas sector is required.

  • Solid background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive decision-making skills.

  • Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO).
