This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic educational leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school, reporting directly to the Elementary Principal. You will lead with vision, using data and school systems to drive student achievement, support teaching excellence, and foster a culture of well-being, inclusion, and growth.

We are looking for someone passionate about inspiring both staff and students, committed to high academic standards, and able to lead innovative curriculum initiatives. Experience in an international school setting, strong leadership skills, and a genuine dedication to nurturing a supportive and student-centered learning environment are essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

At least 7 years of post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in international schools, ideally with a US curriculum.
A teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent).
A recognised educational leadership qualification (e.g., NPQSL or equivalent).
Strong experience in using data and school systems to monitor progress and drive improvement.
Proven ability to lead curriculum initiatives and promote academic excellence.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire staff, students, and the wider community.
A passion for student well-being and fostering a supportive, inclusive school culture.
