Roles & Responsibilities
This is NOT a cinematic filmmaking role. We re searching for editors obsessed with: Hooks that stop the scroll Fast-paced retention editing Conversion-focused storytelling Winning ad creatives that scale What You ll Be Creating High-converting VSLs (3 6+ minutes) Facebook & Meta ad creatives Direct-response Arabic video ads AI-powered UGC content AI-generated B-roll and visual sequences Scroll-stopping edits optimized for engagement and sales
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For
You re likely a great fit if you:
- Have real experience editing DTC e-commerce ads
- Understand how winning performance creatives work
- Know how to edit for retention, hook rate, CTR, and conversions
- Have experience with health, wellness, beauty, or dropshipping brands
- Can work fast without sacrificing quality
- Take feedback professionally and improve quickly
- Are proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented
AI Experience is a BIG Plus
We re specifically looking for editors who already use AI tools for:
- AI UGC generation
- AI B-roll creation
- Creative automation workflows
Be ready to share the AI tools and workflows you use.
Preferred Background
- Lebanese Arabic speakers preferred
- Egyptian Arabic speakers welcome
- Other Arabic-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
