Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, building showcases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Capture drone footage (where applicable) to enhance property and location visuals.
  • Create engaging video tours, walkthroughs, testimonials, and social media reels.
  • Maintain and manage video equipment and media files.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Create branding assets consistent with company identity (logos and brand guidelines).
  • Develop digital content for websites and online advertisements.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for both print and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in real estate marketing and hospitality branding.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
