If you are creative, passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we d love to hear from you!The Videographer Manager will lead the video production function at Ounass, overseeing both pre- and post-production to deliver premium, high-performing content that aligns with the brand s luxury aesthetic. This role manages end-to-end video execution across all channels, ensuring visual consistency, operational excellence, and creative innovation in line with the Creative Director s vision.What you ll be doing?.Shaping and driving the overarching video content strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Ounass brand vision and commercial objectivesPartnering with senior leaders across Creative, Marketing, and Editorial to develop and deliver impactful, audience-centric video narratives that elevate brand storytellingLeading a culture of creative innovation, continuously pushing boundaries and integrating emerging trends, formats, and technologies in digital video productionOverseeing the end-to-end execution of video projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all content meets Ounass luxury standards, brand guidelines, and performance goalsLeading the full video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, creative direction during shoots, and post-production supervision, while ensuring alignment with content strategy and campaign timelinesDriving ideation and supporting the content planning in partnership with the Creative, Editorial, and other teams.Managing content production meetings to define storytelling direction, visual treatments, and messaging strategiesOverseeing ideas, development, and ensuring results align with brand tone and campaign objectives.Reviewing and guiding video editing and audio elements, ensuring visual excellence and consistency across formatsActing as the key liaison with internal stakeholders, ensuring all video projects are aligned with creative, marketing, and commercial strategies.Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key internal partners and external vendors, identifying opportunities to scale production and repurpose content effectivelySupporting creative brainstorming sessions, encouraging original concepts, experimentation, and innovation in visual storytellingOverseeing the maintenance and optimization of all video production equipment, identifying investment needs and ensuring readiness for shootsStaying ahead of digital video trends and platform evolutions, integrating innovative techniques, tools, and storytelling formats into the team's creative outputEnsuring all campaign videos are captured using advanced lighting, framing, and camera techniques to highlight luxury appeal and elevate the brand experienceChampioning excellence in video content standards across all digital channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact in a competitive luxury e-commerce landscapeWhy Join Ounass?Be part of an innovative team shaping the future of luxury in the Middle East.Opportunities to grow and develop your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Supportive culture that values collaboration and celebrates diversity.Exclusive perks, including competitive, tax-free salaries and attractive discounts across our brands.Flexible working options and wellness benefits designed for your well-being.What We Look For:7 10 years of experience in video production, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.Proven track record of delivering impactful video content for digital and e-commerce channels.Deep knowledge of video strategy, production workflows, and brand storytelling.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and motion graphics.Strong understanding of video optimization for social platforms, performance marketing, and digital commerce.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects across different teams.Experience in building and leading high-performing creative teams.Experience with animation, 3D, or stop-motion is a plus.
