Videographer & Photographer Specialist

Create high-quality visual content that powers Starlinks' brand, marketing, communications and commercial objectives. This role owns the full content lifecycle from concept and production through post-production and asset management across our offices, warehouses and logistics operations. A strong creative eye paired with deep technical craft; motion graphics and animation skills are distinct advantages.

Main Job Requirements:

Pre-Production: Partner with the Marketing lead on the desired outcome and creative direction concepting is largely Marketing-led, with flawless execution as This role's focal point. Use AI tools to rapidly visualize ideas, mockup storyboards and mood boards, and pressure-test concepts before the shoot. Build shot lists and production plans; scout locations and coordinate schedules, logistics and crew.

Production: Capture professional photos and video for campaigns, social, corporate comms, events, customer testimonials and employer branding. Set up and operate cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, drones and backdrops across offices, warehouses, logistics facilities, transport operations and customer sites to brand and quality standards.

Postproduction: Edit raw footage into compelling stories; sync audio, color grade and optimize per channel and format. Produce short- and long-form content with motion graphics, animation, transitions, captions and VFX. Export platform-ready deliverables in the correct formats, sizes and aspect ratios for digital, social, web, presentation and advertising.

Asset & Equipment Management Maintain a central, version-controlled library of photo, video and design assets with reliable accessibility. Safeguard, transport and maintain all production equipment; coordinate upgrades and ensure shoot readiness.
