Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance product visibility and maximise offer performance across the entire network.
Define and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy in collaboration with product marketing, business planning, and commercial teams.
Assess the specific characteristics and clientele of each boutique to design VM customized plans & initiatives.
Implement international concepts for exterior windows and internal showcases for boutiques, pop-ups, and watch specialists.
Develop specific decors and bespoke windows for significant local events and celebrations.
Deliver leadership and training programs to enhance the skills of the boutique VM community.
Lead the VM community, providing functional guidance and support.
Develop comprehensive guidelines for retail teams, empowering them to take ownership of VM within their boutiques.
Manage and oversee the Visual Merchandising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spendings.
Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure accuracy in budget management.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a retail or selective distribution role with a VM background, with a degree in College / University Level
Display a clear understanding of retail and distribution channels
Have an understanding of the luxury industry/environments translating in visual excellence for the brand at the POS
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Autocad are a plus)
As a VM Manager, you lead with passion and business development for the boutique
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact/collaborate within a team.
You are able to manage stress and confidentiality with a high-level of discretion.
You are at ease multitasking and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Proactive, hands on, dynamic, detail oriented & solution oriented
Organised, with excellent follow up skills
Creative
Strong people & communication skills
Analytical skills
You have experience in budget management and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English (Arabic and French are a plus).
