Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring for: A US based well funded startup building low-latency, agentic voice AI systems at production scale.

Role: Voice AI Tester - Arabic (Najdi & Hijazi)

Type: Permanent Remote (preferred India, but also open to KSA)

Notice: Immediate preferred, no longer than 30 days

Salary: Based on fitment & base country

Important: This role prioritizes spoken language fluency over formal QA experience. DO NOT APPLY if you're NOT FLUENT in spoken Arabic (Najdi and Hijazi)

What you’ll do:

  • Test and validate Arabic (Najdi & Hijazi) and English conversations for Voice AI systems

  • Speak naturally with Voice AI agents and help evaluate real-world conversational quality

  • Review transcripts and flag issues related to dialect accuracy, clarity, and fluency

  • Support basic QA activities such as:

  • Defining simple test scenarios

  • Writing and executing test cases

  • Performing manual testing across different conversation flows

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams using English for documentation and coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-have requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in spoken Arabic, with strong command of both Najdi and Hijazi dialects

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for internal collaboration

  • Basic understanding of software QA processes (manual testing, test cases, test scenarios)

  • Comfortable working with Voice / AI-based systems

  • Available to join within 15 days

Good to have (not mandatory):

  • Background or degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

  • Prior experience testing conversational AI, voice systems, or software products
