Roles & Responsibilities

Provide guidelines to the executive team to build a sustainable, high-performance corporate culture.

Develop strategic plans to attract, compensate, develop and retain the human talent required for company growth and development

Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy plan for internal and external stakeholders' affairs to preserve and improve OFM's corporate image.

Monitoring and reporting the Corporate external relations performance (Private and Public entities) by developing adequate KPIs and recommending strategies to preserve and improve corporate relations as a reputable provider, employer of choice, and social corporate responsibility key player

Oversees Corporate Affairs Planning & Strategy process to direct the employees efforts towards the business goals, including the definition and approval of KPI s foundation & initiatives, processes and main areas (Workforce, Staffing Plan, Training & Development Plan, Rewards Plan and Appraisal/feedback plan) and the control of the continuous planning process, reporting and its related solutions

Oversees Human Resources foundation/initiatives, acting as the single point of accountability for all Human Resources matters at OFM, including Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, Talent Acquisition programs, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards & Policies), industrial relations issues, Implementation of the major answerable HR Partner across all OFM functions.

Oversees the application of all administration (including PRO) and Facility Management Strategies, foundations, & services initiatives, for the day-to-day operation, programs, events, infrastructure, and initiatives locally at the designated workplaces to improve the culture, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the business

Oversees and Leads the development and execution of Corporate Identity programs, foundations, and initiatives for the development of OFM strategy (Culture, Corporate relations, change, and well-being) and Sustainability services acting as the single point of accountability for stakeholder relationships to ensure central policies, procedures, tools, and decisions are made, taking into account the relevant business/function needs for the continuity and efficiency of the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Directs, oversees and leads the Human Resources, Sustainability, and Admin. and Facility Management services and related policies at OFM, under the general direction of the Chief executive officer OFM, by 1) implementing the strategy for the development and executing of Human Capital, high-performance culture and admin programs, foundation and initiatives, (2) Act as the single point of accountability for the development of stakeholders relationship, People, & Admin strategies, (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition programs, Compensation & Benefits, industrial relations, and value parenting for the Implementation of all HR Solutions),; to address its related issues, identifying & developing talent local talent as a feeder for OFM capacity pipeline while supporting OFM operations and alignment and synergies with the stakeholders to support the efficient continuity of the business.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Public Relations, Social communication or a related field. Master's degree in HR, Administration or communication.
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in a comparable Corporate Affairs or multidisciplinary leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments across all jurisdictions in which the company operates, with proven capability in corporate governance and compliance.
  • 8+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment, operational efficiency, and cohesive execution across diverse functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering results across multiple business areas, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the stakeholder hierarchy from frontline teams to executive leadership.
  • Extensive experience across the following domains:
  1. Planning & Strategy: Establishing KPI frameworks, workforce planning, staffing strategies, training & development plans, rewards frameworks, appraisal systems, and overseeing continuous planning, reporting, and performance solutions.
  2. Human Resources: Leading L&D, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development programs.
  3. Administration & Facility Management: Managing administrative services, government relations, and facility management strategies and initiatives to support operational continuity.
  4. Corporate Social Responsibility: Designing and leading culture programs, corporate relations, change and wellbeing initiatives, and sustainability frameworks.
