Vice President of Product
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Remote br /> A rapidly scaling B2B technology platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Vice President of Product to join its executive leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the product vision, strategy and execution for a multi-product enterprise software platform serving organisations across the Kingdom. The business is in a strong growth phase and is looking for a senior product leader who can help scale the platform, strengthen product-market fit, and drive the next phase of expansion.This position requires a highly commercial and strategic product executive with experience operating in mature technology environments and leading large product organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision Define and lead the long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives Identify new product opportunities, platform capabilities and strategic expansion areas Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on broader business strategy Ensure product decisions are grounded in deep customer insight and measurable commercial outcomes
Product Development & Delivery Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch, adoption and optimisation Establish scalable product frameworks, prioritisation models and execution processes Work closely with engineering leadership to balance innovation, scalability and delivery speed Define and track clear success metrics linked to user adoption, engagement and business impact
Platform & Innovation Drive platform thinking to enable scalable architecture and ecosystem integrations Ensure the platform continues to evolve in reliability, performance and capability as adoption grows Champion data-driven product development through analytics, experimentation and user research Explore opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies to enhance the platform s capabilities
Market & Customer Insight Develop a strong understanding of customer needs across enterprise and mid-market segments Lead ongoing customer research and feedback loops to inform product development Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends within enterprise software and SaaS platforms Translate market insight into differentiated product capabilities and customer value
