Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all work permits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies to facilitate the work permit application process, including submitting and following up on applications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and employees to gather necessary documentation and information required for work permit applications.
  • Monitor work permit expiry dates and initiate renewal processes proactively to prevent any disruption in employment.

Desired Candidate Profile

high school or equivalent

  • Holds a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in work permit processing or immigration-related roles within the Oil and Gas industry.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of local labor laws and immigration regulations, particularly those relevant to the UAE.

  • Exhibits fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

  • Aramco certificate
