Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the raw materials according to the defined recipes.
- Feed and adjust the dough preparation machine
- Control the production parameters (dosage, temperature, mixing time)
- Ensure good homogeneity and quality of the dough
- Monitor the proper functioning of the machine
- To detect anomalies and alert in case of malfunction
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Complete the production and monitoring sheets
- Desired experience in a similar position (food industry)
- Knowledge of industrial production machinery
- A sense of hygiene and quality
- Serious, rigorous and punctual
- Ability to work in a team and in an industrial environment
