Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Wafer Batter Preparation Machine Operator

  • Prepare the raw materials according to the defined recipes
  • Feeding and adjusting the dough preparation machine
  • Control production parameters (dosage, temperature, mixing time)
  • Ensure the dough is properly homogeneous and of good quality
  • Monitor the proper functioning of the machine
  • Detect anomalies and alert in case of malfunction
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Complete the production and monitoring sheets

  • Experience in a similar role (food industry) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial production machinery
  • A sense of hygiene and quality
  • Serious, rigorous and punctual
  • Ability to work in a team and in an industrial environment
