Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling billing transactions efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Service (Waiter Duties):

  • Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately

  • Serve food and drinks promptly

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times


Cashier Duties:

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) system

  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required

  • Maintain daily sales records and cash balance

  • Assist customers with billing-related queries

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as a Waiter, Cashier, or in a similar role

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling

  • Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality industry

  • Multilingual skills are an advantage
