Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in the lobby with professionalism and friendliness.
Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
Prepare and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and our specialty drinks.
Provide recommendations to guests on menu items and drinks selection, based on guest preferences.
Maintain presentation of the lobby lounge, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
Support F&B operations during peak times and special events.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-year prior experience in a similar role is a must.
Good knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques.
Customer centricity and strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to attend both AM and PM shifts.
