Customer Service & Hospitality:

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills

• Ability to handle guest complaints and requests gracefully
  

Food & Beverage Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and dining etiquette
  
• Menu presentation and upselling skills
  
• Understanding of pairing food with beverages/wines
  

Bartending Skills:

• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits
  
• Beverage preparation, mixing, and garnishing techniques
  
• Maintaining stock, cleanliness, and hygiene of the bar
  

Operational Skills:

• Order taking and serving efficiently
  
• Handling POS systems, billing, and cash/card transactions
  
• Table setup, clearance, and maintenance as per standards
  

Hygiene & Safety:

• Knowledge of FSSAI/food safety and hygiene practices
  
• Maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas
  
• Responsible alcohol service practices
