Roles & Responsibilities

- Expertly managing food and beverage service, including detailed knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and dietary restrictions to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensuring meticulous table presentation and ambiance, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, and setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing requests, providing attentive and personalized service to exceed expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of academic achievement.
- Hold relevant certifications in hospitality or food service, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrate prior experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment, providing relevant industry exposure.
- Exhibit a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, reflecting a proven track record of success.
