seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team and contribute to
creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests.

Job Purpose:
The Waiter is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by ensuring guests have
a pleasant and memorable dining experience. This role involves taking and serving food and
beverage orders accurately, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting
smooth daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will embody Malgudi values of
hospitality, attentiveness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints professionally.
• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Assist with table setup before service and clearing after guests leave.
• Refill condiments, napkins, and other service essentials as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverages in compliance with health regulations
