Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as they arrive.
- Present menus, highlight daily specials, and provide detailed descriptions to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure dishes are presented beautifully, maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Check in with guests during their meal to address any needs and ensure satisfaction, fostering repeat business.
- Handle payments efficiently, providing guests with clear billing information and processing transactions swiftly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate order details and special requests effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items and restaurant offerings, participating in regular training sessions.
- Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices to ensure a cohesive team environment.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset for diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and friendliness in all interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods without sacrificing quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and carry trays, often exceeding 20 pounds.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and processing bills accurately.
- Attention to detail, ensuring orders are correct and tables are impeccably set.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset that contributes to a harmonious work environment.
