Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as they arrive.
- Present menus, highlight daily specials, and provide detailed descriptions to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure dishes are presented beautifully, maintaining high standards of food quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ideally 1-2 years.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset for diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
