Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our client's team for North Indian Restaurant in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Accurately take orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
-Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and disposing of trash.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
-Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a related role.
- Knowledge of North Indian cuisine, including menu items and ingredients.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and team members.
-Attention to detail, including the ability to accurately take orders and serve food and beverages
