Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by greeting guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, employing active listening skills to cater to specific customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Efficiently coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, minimizing wait times for guests.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, to provide informed recommendations to diners.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards; relevant certifications are highly regarded.
Proficient in English, with additional language skills seen as a valuable asset for diverse customer interactions.
