Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well maintained
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints politely and promptly
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
Process bills and payments accurately when required
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
Good communication skills (Arabic required; English is a plus)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong customer service skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
