Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of daily specials, showcasing your knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
- Take and process orders accurately, utilizing a point-of-sale system to ensure swift and correct billing.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, paying attention to presentation and timing to elevate the dining experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; vocational training in hospitality can be an asset.
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ideally 1-2 years, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
Food safety certification or training in safe food handling practices is highly valued to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages can enhance communication with diverse clientele.
