Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, providing menus and offering initial assistance to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to ensure order accuracy.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor tables, anticipating guest needs, and proactively offering refills, clearing plates, and addressing concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred to showcase basic educational foundation.
  • Relevant certifications in food safety or customer service are beneficial to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, even in a different role, is valuable, indicating familiarity with the environment.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role is ideal to showcase the ability to handle customer interaction.
