Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, adhering to coffee-making standards while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and ensuring the barista station is well-stocked.
- Accurately take and process orders using a point-of-sale system, ensuring efficiency and minimizing wait times for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma / any graduation or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus for demonstrating specialized skills.
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment, showcasing ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects our customer base.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
